I remember talking to someone from Arizona when he went to Chicago for a few days, and he said that he thought the fog and rain were really cool and was really excited about it. Everyone else looked at him like he was nuts, but I guess it's relative to what you're used to.
There was an article in the Boston Globe today pretty much asking people not to be stupid when it starts snowing, but if the number of sirens I've heard outside in the last hour are any indication most haven't taken it to heart.
