Make a list of all the characters in your icons. (Although you may have more than one icon of a single character, they only go on the list once.) Alphabetize it. Take the first two people on the list; that's your first pairing. Second two people; second pairing. Etc. Then write your reaction to each pairing (or a snippet of a hypothetical fic featuring each pairing).

Aerith/Anthy: Could work, maybe, since they both like flowers. Aerith might also sympathize with the whole sword-in-chest thing
Ashura/Clow: For some reason I think some very interesting conversations would come out of them being together.
Doumeki/Duo: Might be interesting, since Duo could offset Doumeki's deadpan-ness
Edward/Eriol: At least they're both short. XD
Fay/Fuuma: This spells trouble to me.
Hakkai/Hanyuu: Well, considering that Hakkai did (unknowingly) snog his sister a spirit isn't too far fetched...
Haruhi Suzumiya/Haruhi Fujioka: Hmm... God and a Deadpan Snarker would definitely be trouble. Though Haruhi F. could stop Haruhi S. from doing anything too crazy...
Haruka Suzushiro/Hei: I see lots of bruises in their future.
Hiei/Hokuto: Might actually be pretty funny, if you imagine Hokuto dressing him up.
Integra/Juri: Hottest. Thing. Ever.
Kamui/Kaoru: Don't see it romantically, but might help Kamui with his abandonment issues.
Kino/Kenshin: At least they both like wandering.
Kotori/Kurama: I think she's a little too sweet for him.
Kurogane/Lelouch: Kuro would probably beat the crap out of Lelouch for the whole Rebellion thing.
Misao/Nataku: Ninja girl and clone who thinks he's a 6 year old girl... Yeah.
Rei/Rider: Once again, Hottest. Thing. Ever.
Ritsuka/Roy: Roy's actually not too much of a stretch from Soubi, me thinks.
Saber/Shigure: She'd beat the crap out of him. 'Nuff said.
Saya/Seishiro: I actually read a fic like this once. It was... Oedipal, to say the least.
Shunsui/Syaoran: Poor Syaoran...
Tomoyo/Triela: Their attitudes might work together.
Utena/Tsuzuki: Might actually work in a twisted way.
Ukitake/Watanuki: Poor Watanuki...
Yuuko/Yuzuriha: The idea of Yuzuriha force-feeding Yuuko a cookie cracks me up to no end...
