Sep. 12th, 2006 04:44 pmI'm actually watching Oprah. Wow. But this show is about finding the right jeans, which I need. I should probably get some new ones, since one pair has a hole in them and I only have a few that really fit theswe days. I actually need to hem some of the pants I bought with grandma after I'm done washing them, since having relatively short legs in comparison to the rest of me means that I often times have tattered hems from dragging on the ground. Grah.
Tomorrow's actually picture day, which if following precedent will be hell. Two years in a row it's been badly organized, taken way too long and been hot as hell in the room they've done it in. As a result for the past two years I look like I'm about to kill someone in the picture once it finally gets taken. I think I'll wear my *newly fixed* favorite white shirt. It'll be funny to see if I can actually be mistaken for a guy in the picture.
Speaking of gender, I had another "am I in the right one?" moment. Maybe it was because it was retro day, snarkily referred to be me as "It was ugly then and is even uglier now" day. I've never been much for school spirit, especially when what unites people clashes so badly. Maybe next year I'll wear a Victorian suit to throw people for a loop. Heh heh.
Now I want to burrow under my blankets, since it's getting near the time of year when I start being cold all the time. I'm actually in fleece right now, if you can believe it. Low blood pressure may mean I'm at less risk for heart disease, but it also means I'm cold as hell half the year.
