That first one's easy. Coffee. Preferably espresso *sips bit of it* but regular coffee works just as well. I think I also couldn't live without sharp cheddar cheese, or "rat cheese" as my paternal great-grandmother used to call it.
I don't have too many things that I won't eat these days since I've gotten considerably more tolerant of things (for instance I can now eat pepperoni when I used to hate it) but one thing I still don't like it green peppers. I don't have much else in the "can't stand" category, but shellfish tends to rank up there depending on how I'm feeling. This ended up being interesting in Japan, since they serve a lot of it, and sometimes just the smell of shellfish makes me feel a bit ill, though it's not a constant thing. I've never actually tried them, but I imagine anything that has to do with entrails would probably have the same effect just because of the gross-out factor. If I didn't know what they were, maybe I could handle them.
