Flashback to grade school

Some people at this school are complete dicks. Less so than at other colleges, but I got some good evidence of that this morning.

I was leaving the building after my first class and missteped on the bottom step of the outside stairs, so I fell down and landed on my ass on the bottom step and yelped. There was a guy standing nearby watching this, what did he do? He laughed. Didn't check to see if I was okay since I might have fallen on my wrist and hurt it, didn't offer to help me up, nothing. Just laughed. Jackass. I would have flipped him off if I had the presence of mind to do it at the time.

I was fine but for a little soreness, but irritated for quite a while after. Some things never change.

Ugh, hit by a (metaphorical) semi

Cripes, felt like I got hit with the semi truck today. After class I left for home at about 2, and then more or less fell into a coma, actually falling asleep on the couch until about the time Nadia got home. I must have been totally zonked by something today, but I recovered a bit after the coma.

Also got a card for my aunt Beth to send to her before I fell into the aforementioned coma. Once I can actually see straight I'll write to her and then send that off to her in Washington state.

So now sleep and work study tomorrow. Both of which I'm looking forward to.
