Ptew! No wonder she gets furballs

So I'm thinking of seeing Munich this holiday weekend. I've noticed that my tastes in movies have gone somewhat darker as of late (Note: As I'm writing this a very overzealous cat is rubbing against my face and not helping in the least bit) and today I rented Patriot Games after having seen The Hunt for Red October and becoming interested in Tom Clancy. I wonder what's started this trend and what it means exactly, if anything.

I also picked up volume 3 of the Gunslinger Girl manga after deciding to forgo the first two for when I have more money. As far as I can tell volumes 1 and 2 and basically the anime plot with a few additions, so when I have more money I'll recap on those. So there seems to be an asssassin theme this week. Hmm...

Some more interesting thoughts later. Now I have to take a shower, since after running out of shampoo I proved the reason why I should never use conditioner by itself. The rain certainly isn't helping. Neither is the cat still rubbing against me and leaving fur in my mouth. Bleh. I hate shedding season.
