(no subject)

I have to hand it to SNL tonight. My dad and I are watching it and they have some pretty damn funny stuff. George Bush dressed as a Vulcan? They've got that. Bah. I should go to bed, but I just can't wait for the rest of it to finish.

You know you've had a long day when...

...You nearly walk into the CVS automatic door, twice. I was so out of it that when I went to get some of my shampoo and saw that they'd changed the packaging on me I just stared at it for about 2 minutes after having a small brain freeze. I just wanted to grab the green bottle and leave, darn it.

I did get tipped quite well today. Tippers get good karma!~ I also handled two - that's right, two - hundred dollar bills today because two seperate guys pulled up and asked for change for the bill. Wow. It was especially busy today, and I think the final count was upwards of 110 cars. That's a good business day.

And I have the day off tomorrow. Whee. And the Imogen Heap CD I bought with my very first paycheck was well worth the money. She's definately awesome and it's gonna be frequenly in my stereo for months. And it was only 10 bucks at Best Buy. Speaking of Best Buy as it turns out my third (I think) cousin works there as the head of the Geek Squad. I think I've met this guy and we talked AMVs for a bit, and that might explain why they didn't hire me when I applied for Best Buy in June, since they might have seen that we had the same last name and didn't want to support nepotism, or something. Either way that's cool and could come in handy some day.
