Today, making a grand gesture might bring you high visibility and a boatload of appreciation. But will these things truly make you happy? Probably not. You will find greater satisfaction in a short and sweet conversation, a perfect tangerine or a breathtaking sunset. You are in tune with the simpler things in life -- the things that people often take for granted. Turn away from flashy 'bigness' -- and turn toward small pleasures.
Ugh. Stomach ache. But at least I got a call that I don't have to go to Youth Group at the church tonight, I think I'll just come straight home.
And the felines are fighting again, with Stella-cat hiding under my school bag. Must be tough since they're black cats and can't really blend in with the snow, but if they're going to fight they should take it outside. And now Jesse-cat is mewling for some reason, which means we might see "The Flying Kitty" (aka we toss him out) if he keeps it up.
Have to be at work at 2, but hopefully it won't be too crazy. *crosses fingers*
