Ro's Rule #3: Always have a contingency plan

I'm still waiting on an answer about the internship (though they indicated that they'll contact me either way) but while I'm waiting I also sent off my info for an office assistant position that was just posted on the university's database yesterday.

One thing my life so far has taught me is that a backup plan is always necessary when it comes to big things. It's better to have two lucrative options you can choose between than nothing at all, which was the case last year.

Also, I need to buy stamps. I'm going to get out of here at four and need to swing by a post office, since Nadia and I used up our last stamps the other day mailing some things off. Just a note to myself.
