I finally went into Whole Foods to get some rice for my new rice cooker, and while I was in there I ducked into the restroom. There were only three stalls in there, all three were occupied, and another woman was standing in line in front of me. But in one of the stalls, a woman was talking on the phone in another language the entire time I was in there. It was obvious that the woman in line in front of me was as fed up with this as I was.
As annoyed as I am by people talking on the phone in public , doing it while taking up a stall in a restroom while other people need to use it is the epitome of being rude and inconsiderate. Take it someplace else, for Chrissakes!
